Broccoli Dill and the dip for the wedges.
Gonna start with the salad.
Broccoli Dill
A package of Broccoli Woccli (Or similar size)
Dill weed
Sliced green olives
A hard boiled egg
mayonnaise
bacon bits
*note everything is to taste. If you don't like bacon bits, leave 'em out!
Chop the heads off the broccoli stems. Place them into a bowl. Shake a goodly amount of dill.
dice up the egg, add it to the bowl. add in the olives and some of the brine. If you want bacon bits or other small meaty things, add them now.
Add in enough to mayo to make everything come together. As much or as little as you want. Mix it up. Touch up seasoning if you want it different.
Potato Wedge Dip
2 parts Mayo
1 part ketchup
dash of garlic powder
dash of chipotle powder.
mix

Wedge potatoes
toss in olive oil seasoned however you like. I like the Fleet Farm Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning.
Pop into air fryer at 425F for about 20ish minutes.
I use 425 since my air fryer is set at that (it's part of the toaster oven and I can't change that setting).
